Returns Procedure

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you wish to return an item you must first email us at adornoutfit@gmail.com for authorisation to return your item. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can process your return.

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the day after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. If item is faulty we need to know within 7 days of receiving goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Where applicable you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return authorisation reference will need to be enclosed along with the reason for returning.

To start a return, you can contact us at adornoutfit@gmail.com. Once accepted, please pack the item in the same packaging or a new bag if this is not available and return at your own cost via your local Post Office with the tracked & signed for option  as we will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items are packaged securely and proof of postage is obtained.  Tracking information should be sent to Adorn Outfit. All goods will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an order is returned to us in an unsuitable condition as described above, we reserve the right to refuse return.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is authorised, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
